These two lovebirds traveled all the way from Washington DC to experience the beauty of the “Grand Canyon of the East,” and while Brianna thought they were just coming to see the waterfalls… Amanda had a much bigger plan in motion.

In the quiet mist of a foggy Sunday morning, with the falls roaring behind them and nature putting on the most dramatic show, Amanda dropped to one knee and asked Brianna to spend forever with her. And Brianna said YES!!! ????✨ It was emotional, raw, heartfelt, and honestly — picture perfect.

As a proposal photographer, I live for these moments — the nervous anticipation, the genuine reactions, the joy that pours out when someone realizes they’re about to start a whole new chapter of life. Even in the damp, drizzly air, this proposal was absolutely radiant.

After the big YES, we wandered the park for their engagement session — and let me tell you, these two were complete naturals. From stone staircases to sweeping overlooks, Amanda and Brianna flowed from spot to spot like they were born to be in front of the camera.
